MySite Pin & Password Help
Options to retrieve PIN for MySite access:
- At the MySite login page, click on “Forgot My PIN.” The secret question will appear and will allow access to My Site if answered correctly. You may change the PIN at this point.
- In some cases, the PIN is the last 4 digits of the Social Security number.
- For students who have completed the online application, return to your CCC Apply application to retrieve PIN.
- Come to A&R with a photo ID.
- If unable to retrieve the PIN by options #1 through #4, contact A&R to have the PIN mailed to the permanent address on file. You can call A&R at 949-582-4555.
* Please note that A&R never resets the PIN and we never give a student ID or PIN over the telephone.
