Enrollment/Degree Verifications



On-Line The National Student Clearinghouse is now our authorized agent for providing degree and enrollment verifications. Please click this link for further instructions on using this service.

Via Mail You may also send your request through regular mail. Click here for more information on using this process.

In Person You can always come in and visit the Admissions Office personally to fulfill this request.


 

Your first two requests for verifications of enrollment and/or transcripts are free of charge.

Emergency processing fee is $5.00 each in addition to the $3.00 verification fee. Emergency verifications are processed within 24 hours of the request during normal business hours.

Regular processing fee is $3.00 each. Please allow approximately 5 business days for processing plus mailing time

 

 

  • The student's signature is required for the release of student records.

  • Verification requests will be processed in approximately five working days; however, during peak registration periods, there may be some delay.

  • In accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, the college will not release records to a third party.  Only students themselves may request and pick up their verifications.

  • No verifications will be sent until all financial obligations are paid, including fines or fees.
