Technology Requirements
Browser using JavaScript
You will need to have a JavaScript enabled browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox in order to navigate our drop down menus.
Note: Macintosh users will need to use Mozilla FireFox or the latest version of Safari for the drop down menu's to work properly. If you are not using the latest version of Safari then the drop down menus tend to overlap making them difficult to negotiate.
Streaming Videos
All of our streaming videos on this site are encoded using "Windows Media Video" codec which requires "Microsoft's Windows Media Player" to view them. "Microsoft's Windows Media Player" is available to download at http://www.windowsmediaplayer.com.
Note: Due to the large size of some videos, we are using the latest version of "Microsoft's Windows Media Server" to stream them to you based on your available internet connection speed. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please download and install the latest version of "Microsoft's Windows Media Player" prior to viewing our videos.
Podcast downloads
Many of our videos have been made available as a podcast. You will need to have the Apple iTunes player installed on your system prior to viewing these versions. Because podcasted videos are not streamed and require that you download them prior to viewing them, you will need to subscribe to our podcast and allow the videos to download before attempting to view them.
If you wish to review our videos on your iPod, please subscribe to our podcast and allow iTunes to upload them to your iPod using the settings within the iTunes player. You can edit these settings in the iTunes player whenever you connect your iPod to your computer.
