Spring 2008 - Final Grade Documents are due on May 30 at 3 p.m.
All grades must be submitted online by May 30 at 3 p.m. Grades will automatically download to the system and be available to students when you certify them online. You should receive an e-mail confirming your submission. If you do not receive an e-mail message, please contact Admissions and Records.
Exceptions: Your electronic submission will not be downloaded until the Office of Admissions and Records has received the following paper documents:
- Positive attendance classes
- Incomplete grades
Grades will not be processed or available to students until all of these forms have been received.

BGS Move - Important Dates and Instructions
We will be moving back to the BGS building throughout the summer. While Summer 2008 classes will be held in the Village, most of our Fall 2008 class will be scheduled in the BGS building.
Important Dates
July 7 - 11 - First phase move of Village offices and classrooms. The Division office will be moving during this phase
August 18 - 22 - Second phase move of Village offices and classrooms.
August 25 - Instruction begins for Fall 2008

- Complete and save your form to your computer.

Student Learning Outcomes
The following plan was reviewed and approved by the Academic Senate, PBC (Planning and Budget Council) and President McCullough to move the College to course level and institutional level student learning outcomes over the next six months in order to be in compliance of the Accreditation Commission’s recommendation by October 2008.
All courses must have a SLO written for the course and method of assessment to be submitted on the following form.

- Determine the AREA OF COMPETENCY for the Student Learning Outcome(s) by choosing the area most appropriate for each competency identified. (7 areas identified)

Save a completed copy for your records.

Submitted forms are sent directly to the Curriculum Office automatically.
- Submit as soon as possible.
- In order to be sure that each course has an SLO, use the appropriate published catalog as a guide.
Please note: The Designated Discipline Expert will be given flex credit. The due date is August 22, 2008.
