Communicate to your students how best to reach you on the course syllabus and during the first week of the class. Your voice mailbox and e-mail address are essential forms of communication for your students, the division office, and college community. Please inform your students to contact you directly and to not call you through the division office. Should you choose to use an alternative to your voice mailbox, please put a greeting on your extension to direct students, the division office, and college community on how to contact you.
