Funding Requests

There are stages that students, clubs and departments must go through to recieve funding from senate, E-Cab and ICC. The stages for each brance are:

1. The individual requesting the funds must fill out the Funding Application Form and the Senate Agenda Request Form and turn them into the Vice President of Senate to be eligable to speak with the senate. You must turn in the forms at least 2 weeks before planning on speaking to the senate so you can be placed on the agenda.

2. After being placed on the agenda, you go before the senate (on your designated date to meet with them) and present why you are requesting funds and what they will be used on. (HINT: prepare a detailed presentation on what exactly the funds will be used on.)
