Senate
All ASG members are required to complete a minimum of 16 volunteer hours per semester. Members must also attend weekly meetings. Senate meetings are currently every Thursday at 1:30 pm.
Senate Agenda Request Form: Fill out and e-mail to Waylae Gregoire, e-mail below. If you're requesting funds from Senate please be advised you MUST fill out a Funding Application Request first which can be found HERE.
Duties
- Meets with their Division Deans/Directors to report on events or concerns
- Decides on how to spend the ASG Contingency fund
- Sit on campus committees (i.e. Commencement, Food & Beverage, Bookstore, Consultation Council, Campus Beautification and Student Services Council.)
- Has authority to make changes in the ASG Constitution and Bylaws
