Jones comes to Saddleback College from Santa Margarita Catholic High School where he was a member of the Orange County All Star Team and an All-Trinity League player in 2008. He was the co-MVP of his team as a senior when he struck out 58 batters in 53 innings of work with a 2.80 ERA. Jones' father Steve was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers and Kansas City Royals. He is undecided on a major. |
