Returns to Saddleback for his sophomore season after playing in 36 games for the Gauchos in 2010, finishing third on the team with a .372 batting average. He led Saddleback with 13 doubles on the season as a freshman and was second in both hits (54) and bases-on-balls (15).
Christensen came to Saddleback from JSerra High School, where he was a two-time First Team Trinity League selection, making the South Orange County All Star Team before graduating in 2009. His father (John) played football in college (BYU) and professionally in Europe. Christensen is undecided on a major.
