Returns to Saddleback for his sophomore season after playing in six games for the Gauchos in 2011. Witt came to Saddleback from Santa Margarita High School, where he was a scholar athlete and earned most improved recognition for the Eagles before graduating in 2010. Witt's father, Mike, pitched for 12 seasons in major league baseball for the Angels and Yankees, and became the 11th player in major league history to throw a perfect game on the final game of the season in 1984 while playing for the Angels. Witt plans to major in criminal justice.
