Faines returns to the Gaucho program in 2010-11 after playing as a freshman in 2009-10. During his freshman season,
Faines averaged 7.2 points-per-game, finishing second on the team with 152 rebounds. Faines transfered to
Saddleback from Coffeyville College in Kansas, where he did not play on the team in 2008-09. Previous to Coffeyville, Faines graduated from Northeast High School in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he was an all state selection. He is undecided on a major.
