Rachel is in her second season with the Saddleback Pep Squad. She is a 2010 graduate of Aliso Niguel HS where she was a scholar-athlete, her squad's cheer captain, and also was crowned as the Homecoming Queen of her high school.

She has coached several cheer teams and serves as the tumbling director at National Gymnastics.
