5'10 Freshman Capistrano Valley HS

Vargas comes to Saddleback from Capistrano Valley High School where he lettered in cross country before graduating in 2009. He won the Achievement Award while at CVHS and medaled at the OC Championships as well as the Mt. SAC Relays. Vargas is undecided on a major.
