Returns to Saddleback for his sophomore season after playing in 10 games as a freshman in 2008. He finished fourth on the team in rushing with 178 yards and sixth on the team with 13 receptions. Previous to arriving at Saddleback, Neal was a 3-star recruit by Rivals.com and redshirted at the University of Oregon in 2007. He plans to major in psychology.
