Returns to Saddleback for his sophomore season after competing for the Gauchos as a freshman in 2011. During the 2011 campaign, Poole was a part of the 4 x 400 relay team that set the program record (3:14.76) on way to finishing fifth in the state. In addition to track & field, Poole was a running back on the Saddleback football team this past season, leading the Gauchos with 305 yards rushing and making the all conference team. He came to Saddleback from Cimarron Memorial High School in Nevada, where he lettered in both track & field and football before graduating in 2010. While at CMHS, Poole was an All State selection in football and the team MVP in track & field. He plans to major in communications. |
