Amy Jystad jystad

5'7 Sophomore Mission Viejo HS

Returns to Saddleback for her sophomore season after competing for the Gauchos as a freshman in 2010. She was part of a Saddleback program that finished 14th in the state in 2010, shaving nearly 30 seconds off of her personal-best time at the Southern California Finals. In addition, Jystad was a scholar baller recipient for her work in the classroom. Previous to Saddleback, Jystad graduated from Mission Viejo High School in 2010. While at MVHS, Jystad lettered two times in cross country and was the captain of the team as a senior, earning scholar athlete status. She is undecided on a major.
