Returns to Saddleback for her sophomore season after leading the Gauchos in 2008 as a freshman with a 89.5 scoring average. Previous to Saddleback, she played four years of varsity golf at Rancho Alamitos High School before graduating in 2008, earning all-league honors as a senior. Tran also attended Golden West College before transferring to Saddleback. She had the low round of the season for the Gauchos when she shot 82 in the opening tournament of the season in 2008 at Indian Canyon on September 5. Tran plans to major in either nursing or real estate.
