Arroyo Trabuco is Saddleback's home course. Then, the Gauchos will compete in the Orange Empire Conference championship on November 1st and 3rd
at El Prado golf course. The conference championship is a 36-hole event and counts double on the team's conference record.

The Gauchos knew they could be pretty good in 2010 but when a team is comprised of all freshman, you never really know until you tee it up. Saddleback found out real quickly that they could indeed be a factor this season, when they led by 15 strokes after the first day of competition.
"It was a very encouraging start for our team," head coach Gary Sabella said. "Hopefully it is something we can build on."
Komoroczy (Laguna Beach HS) fired a two-day total of 147 to finish tied for medalist honors with Nicole Rivera of Irvine Valley College.
