Returns to Saddleback College for her sophomore season in 2010 after competing for the Gauchos in both swimming and water polo as a freshman in 2009, earning Scholar Baller status while being named to the Honorable Mention All-Orange Empire Conference team in water polo. Previous to Saddleback, Werner lettered in both swimming and water polo before graduating from Capistrano Valley High School in 2008. While at CVHS, she won the Most Insirational Award five times to go along with the Coaches Award and Rookie of the year. Werner plans to major in liberal studies. |
