Ashleigh Cottrell

Heptathlon 5'11 Freshman Oceanside

Cottrell comes to Saddleback College from Oceanside High School and was a member of the Gaucho volleyball team during the fall. While at Oceanside, Cottrell lettered in volleyball, track & field and wrestling. In wrestling, she was the captain of the team, finished sixth in the state and 14th in the nation, setting the record for most pins in a season. Cottrell was an All-Avocado League finalist in track & field, making it to the CIF prelims. She is undecided on a major.
