Water Polo Loses Contest To Riverside

The women's water polo team lost to Riverside by the score of 20-2 in a contest played on 9/19/2007

The women's water polo team ended up on the short end of a 10-7 score in the O.E.C. opener played on 9/12/07.

Water Polo Still Building Program

The 1996 season marked the inaugural year of community college women's water polo and Saddleback became a bit of American history with its inclusion in the sport. California's community colleges are the only community colleges in the nation which offer water polo as an intercollegiate sport.

Coach Jennifer Higginson Leads program into the future

Jennifer Higginson is the women's water polo coach and the director of the entire aquatics program at Saddleback. The warm Southern California sun, the proximity to the ocean, and the available access to pools on a year-round basis lend themselves to the development of some outstanding water polo players in this area. The sport is not only competitive for the players, but is also interesting to watch for the fans.
