CafeScribe - ebooks

NOTE:  YOU MUST have a cafescribe account set up first and Students MUST purchase the eBOOK version in order to see any annotations or communication made to book using CafeScribe.
Using CafeScribe with Blackboard Quick Reference Guide

First you should have an ebook from Cafescribe (please follow instructions given to you by your bookstore rep). 
Once you have the page number and location of the section you want to add to Bb
RIGHT CLICK the section of the page you wish to link in Blackboard  > Select COPY PAGE LINK FOR BLACKBOARD.
Now log into Blackboard > go to the content area you wish to make this selection available to the student - such as WEEKLY TOPICS or LESSONS

Create the eBook Title - NOTE:  It's advisable to post the book, page and section number so students not using CafeScribe will be able to find the section in the hard copy book > now PASTE the selection from CafeScribe into the PAGE LINK area > add image if you want > click SUBMIT.
The students view should look something like this:
When they click on the OPEN PAGE IN READER, it should look like this:
They will be prompted to create an account or log into an account they already have based on the purchase of their eBook/CafeScribe. Once they log in, they should see the page exactly as you linked it.
