Proctor Exam
- If your online students live in a different city and state, they can look at this list to find a center which will proctor the exam for a small fee, National College Testing Association.
Universal Accessibility
- Captioning Grant Request
- Having your videos captioned is as easy as taking milk out of the fridge. So... what are you waiting for? Fill it out. Get it done. Make your courses universally accessible! Be happy!
- The following is a list of new projects that the grant will cover:
- Hybrid classes (some instructional hours offered at a distance)
- On-campus classes utilizing distance methods of content delivery as they evolve (e.g., class capture, web conferencing, vodcasting, podcasting, content posted within a Learning Management System)
- Digital learning object respositories used to collect and make available digitized content; this content could be used by on-campus, hybrid, online, and other delivery methods.
- Please note: Be sure if you are turning in multiple videos to separate the approximate minutes. The billing goes by the nearest 5 min increments. So we need them noted separately.
- If you need more information about getting videos captioned, feel free to contact Valerie Senior (vsenior@saddleback.edu) or Claire Cesareo-Silva (ccesareosilva@saddleback.edu).
