Welcome to the Vocal Arts Program at Saddleback College. We offer several voice classes, choirs and opportunities to participate in Musical Theatre and Opera productions throughout the year.
Saddleback College Vocal students have transferred to prestigious University and Conservatory programs across the country. The educational philosophy is to always make student success a priority in our training. Therefore, we concentrate heavily on preparing our voice majors for transfer or to complete the Associate of Arts degree.
Lifelong learning is an important part of our vocal program at Saddleback College. No matter what level or experience, voice classes are an important part of musical growth. We have also had wonderful experience with recently graduated college students who are interested in expanding repertoire and performance experience as they prepare for Graduate School admission.
Under the direction of Dr. Scott Farthing, the Saddleback College Vocal program is a wonderful place to start your voice training, advance your established technique, or complete the first two years of undergraduate work and transfer to a University or Conservatory.
If you are interested in supporting the Vocal Program at Saddleback College, we are always looking for people willing to volunteer both time and resources. If you are interested in how you can become involved, please contact Dr. Farthing at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please feel free to contact Dr. Scott Farthing with any questions.
