This is an exhibition catalog featuring both historic and
contemporary works from the "best of the best" Native American
professional artists. Much of the work serves to illustrate just
how different the goals and values of the white and Indian worlds
were and are still. This book will serve to highlight a number of
very talented Indian artists, many of whom have been sadly
overlooked in the grand scheme of fine arts appreciation.
