ATTENDANCE
If you miss six or more class hours, you will be dropped from the course.  When tardy, it is the student's responsibility to contact the instructor for purposes of roll.

OUTSIDE ASSIGNMENT
Turn in end of chapter exercises (One page minimum for each, due on the final day.)

You are a student of crime prevention and self defense.  You should always follow these basic rules of the Dojo (training hall):

1.  Be courteous.

2.  No talking in class.

3.  The Dojo is for working out, not for running around or playing.

4.  Listen carefully when the instructor gives directions.

5.  Do not eat or drink in the Dojo.

6.  No shoes on the mat or in the work area.

7.  Control contact to avoid accidents.

8.  Wear clean and loose-fitting workout clothing.

9.  Don't wear rings or jewelry.  They may cause injury to yourself or someone else.

10.  Relax!!!

YAME - Stop
