Catalog Description
Preventative heath practices, first aid, CPR control of infectious diseases, injury prevention, sanitation, emergency preparedness, child abuse prevention, and nutrition for early childhood settings.
This course requires students to provide proof of current pediatric and adult First Aid & CPR (including a practical/ hands-on examination) certification that expires no sooner than December 2009 in order to pass the course.
Currently certified students can simply provide a copy of their certification. Students who are not currently certified will have to locate and complete the certifications in their own areas.
These training's must have hands on and practical examinations that cannot be done online.
Check with your local Red Cross or EMSA facility for upcoming classes.
