This course studies the theory and techniques used to develop curriculum in the areas of creative and dramatic arts for young children.

Course Objectives: Upon completion of this course students will be able to:

• Observe and analyze children's participation in creative and dramatic arts
• Testing and evaluating a variety of art mediums.
• Write activity plans in the areas of creative and dramatic arts.
• Analyze and create settings for dramatic play
• Develop a common plan that integrates creative and dramatic arts into all areas of the early childhood classroom.
