jI joined Saddleback College in 1987 as a student and simply have not left. However, I do have better parking options now. I am passionate about history, politics and teaching. I encourage discussion and find logical debate fascinating. 

During my off time I walk, read and volunteer in my community. I love baseball, opera and Turkish coffee. Lastly, I am indebted to the faculty at Saddleback College for helping me achieve my dream of becoming a professor.
