CSS1 is well supported; CSS2 except for voice is well supported; CSS3 is not
With so much legacy HTML, malformed Web Pages, and cost of training the move to XHTML 1.0 is moving very slow if at all? The book does not follow XHTML 1.0; they use upper case tags which are easier to read. In General key XHTML points:
