Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOPS)

If you are a member of the Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS), a California resident and are enrolled full-time as an undergraduate, you may be eligible for a State Grant dependent upon the availability of funds.

To participate and receive aid from EOPS a student must have exceptional financial need that is beyond the present capability of standard Federal Aid Programs. Students enroll in 12 units per semester. The EOPS Director will determine your eligibility for EOPS Grants. Students interested in applying for EOPS assistance should contact the EOPS office in the Student Services Center, Saddleback College, or call (949) 582-4620.
