Completing Your File
After you have completed the FAFSA application, the Student Financial Assistance Office will receive your information electronically from the Central Processor, and send you a document request E-Mail.
When you receive this E-Mail, please return and complete only the requested forms as soon as possible. Please make your own photocopies before you submit documents to our office.
- PLEASE DOWNLOAD, PRINT, COMPLETE, SIGN AND SUBMIT all requested forms and documents to our office.
- Please make a copy of your California ID or Driver’s license, if requested, and submit it with these documents.
- If you are unable to download the forms, please come in person to our office, SSC 106.
- For your convenience a Document Drop Box is located
outside our office, SCC 106.
If we do not receive the information indicated within 60 days, we may close your file and discontinue consideration of aid for you.
