For students who have applied for financial assistance and have permission to register, you should be aware of the following conditions: Upon prior approval, a code will be placed in the registration system and your enrollment fees will be waived automatically. You will be required to pay the health fee, any lab fees, material fees and any optional fees. Fees waived by financial assistance will not be included in this total.
If you do not have a code in the system to waive your enrollment fees, you are not prevented from registering. HOWEVER, if you go ahead and enroll in classes, you will be required to pay ALL registration fees unless you exit the registration system and call the Student Financial Assistance/Scholarship Office.
Please note: The health fee is not waived through the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) (formerly known as the Board of Governors Fee Waiver Program).
IMPORTANT NOTE:Students must be determined eligible for the CCPG before the end of the semester in order to receive a reimbursement of the semester enrollment fees.
