BHC Honors Research Symposium

Community College
Honors Research Symposium

bhclogo_000.gifThe annual student research conference of the Bay Honors Consortium is hosted in alternate years by Stanford University and U.C. Berkeley.

Because this is an upstate conference, it's also a weekend-long commitment. We take a college van early Friday and come home late Sunday.

Conference registration and lodging costs of presenters are covered by the Honors Student Council of the Associated Student, subject to ASG guidelines, and by the Honors Program.

We may be able to take a few non-presenters on a limited basis if space and finances allow. (The event has no volunteer opportunities for our students.)

The conference welcomes individual and group oral presentations of research and performances with a research component.

Resources for Presenters:

The Spring 2015 symposium will be held at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA.

All submissions must
 be approved
by the Honors Program via
in order for student registration fees, transportation, lodging, and other expenses to be covered.

The Bay Honors Consortium's award for outstanding abstracts is the Heslet Scholar Award.

Not only texts of outstanding abstracts, but also photographs and presentation videos can be submitted for publication at
