For Prospective Honors Students

Is the Honors Program for You?

In this section you can explore what "Honors" means at the collegiate level and what "Honors" means at Saddleback College. If your questions aren't answered here, please contact us. Our email and phone information is at right -- and don't forget we welcome you to stop by in person as well! The Honors Program Office, LRC 114, is near the tree-shaded terrace and amphitheater on the south side of the first floor of the Learning Resources Center/Library building.

What is Honors?     Walk-In Honors vs. Certificate HOnors: One Class or One Whole Program?     How to Apply for Certificate Track Honors Student Status

Why we chose this particular picture for this particular page:
Here is the Honors Program's full spectrum: students who had just completed the Honors Certificate, students who chose Walk-In status but not the Certificate, students enrolled in non-Honors courses whom we were able to support at our undergraduate research conferences, students who were at the time in the process of completing the Honors Certificate, and even some alumni! (The photo was taken at the 2014 Saddleback College commencement ceremony.)
