WHAT IS BLACKBOARD?
Blackboard is an Internet-based software that makes online learning possible. It not only allows faculty members to place course materials (such as your syllabus and assignments) and grades online, but also contains multiple communication tools that allow instructors and students to collaborate in new and exciting ways. Use of Blackboard ranges from web-based courses (completely online) to web-enhanced courses (which blend classroom instruction with Blackboard course tools).

FIRST TIME FACULTY USERS: To get an account for Blackboard, click this link and fill in the form: NEW BLACKBOARD FACULTY USER ACCOUNT REQUEST FORM
