CHECKLIST
What
you should do before you submit a work order or
call.
IS
THE POWER ON? It sounds silly, but double check. Sometimes
it happens. Green lights should be on both units.
PASSWORD
NOT WORKING? Check your Caps
Lock key and release. Try your password
again as some passwords are case sensitive!
MY
MACHINE IS FROZEN, OH, NO! Press Ctrl + Alt
+ Del keys to End Task.... Click End Task.
If
still frozen, press Ctrl + Alt + Del
keys to bring up the Start Menu. Use the arrow keys and
Enter key to navigate to Shut Down and press Enter. Close
all programs and logon as another user, logging back on as yourself.
