1. Did you mis-type your username or password?
2. Did you enter your user name entirely in lower case letters,
which is necessary?
3. Did you type a letter "o" when you should have typed a zero
"0"?
4. Did you remember to omit "@saddleback.edu" after your
username?
5. Did you accidentally leave a space in your name? Do not leave
spaces in the username or password.
6. Have you registered within the last 24 hours. It takes that long for
a new user name and password to be added to the college database.
7. If you typed your password with the keyboard number pad, was the "number
lock" turned on? Otherwise you will not type numbers.
8. Are you a currently registered student at Saddleback College? If not,
you cannot log in. IVC students may not log in either. IVC students who
wish to use Saddleback College remote databases must go to Saddleback
Admissions & Records and have their college of record changed from
Irvine Valley College to Saddleback College.
9. Does you computer accept "cookies". Your computer must
accept cookies.
10. Do you have a firewall installed on your computer? If so, it might
not be allowed to accept "referred URL's". Consider taking down
your firewall temporarily, while using the databases, and then re-instate
it. We cannot help you with this. Seek professional help!
