Saddleback College Online Orientation
This is an Orientation to Saddleback College's student services and special programs. The online orientation is mandatory for all students required to complete the Matriculation process and you will not get credit for this step if you do not enter your correct student ID number and name. (note: If you are NOT a Saddleback College student please enter here as a GUEST to view the orientation) Entering the orientation as a guest will NOT give you credit for this step.
Matriculation Process Print Out 
The Matriculation process consists of three steps. All three steps must be completed prior to registration. Once you have completed one or more of the steps below you will be cleared of that step with-in 48 business hours.
- Step 1. Online Orientation, You must answer all 10 questions located within the six sections of the orientation to receive credit for this step. [Click here to start]
- Step 2. Assessment Testing in Math, English, and Reading will obtain your current knowledge and skill levels in these areas. Please call the Saddleback Matriculation Office at 949.582.4970 to make your testing appointment. [Click here to make your appointment]
- Step 3. Advisement sessions help students to determine their educational goal, review your placement results to help plan a first semester schedule, and prepare a "Student Educational Plan". The Advisement session occurs after the student completes the assessment (placement testing) or evaluation of Alternative Evidence. You can select one of the following three methods to complete Student Advisement:
1. Online Advisement [Click here to start]
2. Group Advisements are by appointments only and must be made at the Matriculation office SSC 225-B or by calling 949-582-4970.
3. Completion of either APSY 1, APSY 140, or APSY 160 may be used to fulfill your Advisement requirement.
