Community Invited to Saddleback College’s Health and Wellness Fair

The Saddleback College Health Science and Human Services Division and the Student Health Center present Healthy Mind, Body, and Soul: A Community Health and Wellness Fair on Wednesday, April 10th from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the quad. Season nine Top Chef contender and Whole Foods Market Laguna Niguel's executive chef, Ashley Santo Domingo, will host live cooking demos and tastings throughout the day.

The free community event includes educational workshops, free health screenings, and resources about nutrition and exercise, stress management, mental health, substance abuse, and healthy relationships. The event will also feature live music, dance performances, and opportunity drawings. Dr. Tod A. Burnett, president of Saddleback College; Dr. Donna Rane-Szostak, dean of health sciences and human services; Kim Branch-Stewart, chair of the human services program; and Jeanne Harris-Caldwell, director of student health services will speak at the event.
