Pam Patterson comes from a 25 year extensive background in health, fitness, sports, recreation, and therapy. Pam teaches adapted swimming, adapted water exercise, adapted fitness and strength conditioning, adapted stretch, adapted sports, and adapted outdoor education and recreation in our Adapted Kinesiology department. Pam also coordinates the annual Junior Athletic Wheelchair Sports Camp (J.A.W.S.) held on our campus. Pam also teaches Adapted Sailing Clinics at Westwind Sailing at Dana Point Harbor.

Pam is extremely active in any outdoor adventure. She is most passionate about providing opportunities for people with challenged abilities. You will always find her promoting awareness, raising funds, and volunteering her time in many charity events. Because the Outdoor Education and Recreation class that Pam developed and implements is so successful she started "Specialized Outdoor Adventure Recreation" an outdoor adventure program for adults with disabilities or specialized needs.
