Ryan Russell Hunt graduated with his BA and MA in History from California State University, Fullerton in 2011. He focused on Modern German history with an emphasis in Nazi propaganda, identity, and oral history. In 2009, Ryan interviewed several former Hitler Youth members while in Berlin, Germany on a study abroad program at Freie Universitaet Berlin. He has conducted several internships with the CSUF El Toro Marine Station Oral History Project, Museum of Tolerance Library and Archive, and the German Historical Institute in Washington D.C. Ryan has published several articles including "The Hitler Youth: Future of a Nation," and "Nazi Formation of Female Identity in Propaganda of the Third Reich, 1933-1945." After completing his MA degree, Ryan has taught as an adjunct faculty at several colleges in Southern California including California State University, Fullerton, Golden West College, Cerritos College, Fullerton College, and Mount San Antonio College; but is proud to call Saddleback College his home.
