MEET THE STAFF

Audra DiPadova

Audra is the Director of Student Life and comes to the job with 14 years of professional higher education experience in student affairs ranging from working with incarcerated women to student leadership development. Audra has been at Saddleback College for five fabulous years. She’s the mom of two superheroes, one of whom is fighting brain cancer (and winning!). Audra graduated with a certificate in Culinary Arts from Scottsdale Community College, a BA in Political Science from Arizona State University, and a MA in Philosophy & Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. In her spare time Audra is the Founder/Chief Hope Officer of a nonprofit devoted to supporting families fighting childhood cancer. Her favorite part of working at Saddleback College is the creative energies shared by the Associated Student Government and campus clubs. We’re always trying to take things to the next level to benefit students and sustain a campus community focused on success. Go Gauchos!
Erin Long

Erin started working in Student Development in 2001. Having worked has worked all over the campus: in the bookstore, Community Education, the game room and Student Development. Erin was a student at Saddleback College and graduated with her AA in Psychology. Erin has her AA in Psychology from Saddleback College, BA in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and is working on her MA in Counseling from Webster University. Erin loves to read, sing and Pinterest. Erin is an event planner at heart, and truly enjoys her time spent with students in the Student Development Office and during her time shadowing counselors.
Natalie Hart

Having joined the staff in May of 2012, Natalie has been able to pair her love of people and background in an office setting to her position in the Student Development Office here at Saddleback College. Prior to Saddleback Natalie spent some time living and working at a school in England. There she worked with a diverse group of students from all over the world. Natalie received her B.A. in Communications, emphasis in Public Relations, from California State University, Fullerton, as well as an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Saddleback College. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, reading, and baking.
CAMPUS LIFE SQUAD TEAM
Kelly has been a student at Saddleback College for four years, working in the Office of Student Development for nearly two years. She was initially part of Saddleback’s associated student government (ASG) and then transitioned into a job in the Student Development Office as a part of the Campus Life Squad team. Kelly is a Psychology major and hopes to transfer UCI in the fall of 2013. She enjoys playing the drums and all types of comedic performance.
Abby is in her second year at saddleback. Naturally outgoing, the campus life squad position has been a perfect fit for her energetic personality. She is president of the Global Activist club, fitting in perfectly with her interest in human rights activism. Though she hasn’t selected a major to date, she is considering social work or child development as these are both big on her heart. She loves children and has worked as a nanny for years. One interesting fun fact is that her shoulders are double jointed.
DJ is the ultimate people person whose approachable attitude makes him an asset to the CLS team. Having been at Saddleback for a year, he hopes to transfer to San Diego Art Institute to major in Audio Production. DJ has a love for music that includes mixing, making, composing and creating music. Outside of that he loves to skateboard!
Maddie has been working hard for the past two years at Saddleback College, preparing for a major in Broadcast Journalism at either Chapman University or California State University, Fullerton. She is actively involved in campus life as a member of the Global Activist Club and the Events and Publicity Director for Saddleback’s Inter Club Council (ICC). Since moving to California from Wisconsin, Maddie has enjoyed making new friends, trying new foods and delving into her love for art.
Syd: After graduating from Capistrano Valley High School in 2011, Syd immediately wanted to get involved in Saddleback's campus life. She was appointed as Senator of Counseling and Special Services on Saddleback's Associated Student Government (ASG). Soon after that,Syd moved up to be appointed to ASG's Inter-Club Council Director. This is Syd's sophomore year and second year working for Saddleback College. She previously worked in the Department of Outreach as well as the Office of Student Development as a Campus Life Squad team member.Sydis a full-time student, a Theatre Performance major, holds a 3.80 transferrable GPA, and hopes to transfer to Cal State Long Beach in the fall of 2013.
Zara is in her second year at Saddleback working towards getting admitted into the nursing program. Her academic goal, as it relates to nursing, is to get her RN license. As part of the CLS team, Zara brings her social, organizational and event planning skills to the various tasks assigned to her and the rest of the team. Outside of Saddleback, Zara enjoys charity work, dance group and helping others.
