The Saddleback College Marketing and Communications Office produces and disseminates information on college events and news to students, faculty, staff and the community through news releases, fliers, newsletters, brochures, social networking sites and other forms of internal and external communication. The Marketing and Communications Office also works closely with students and administration to plan events, produce marketing materials, and support student outreach.

The Saddleback College Marketing and Communications Office provides editorial, graphics, web, marquee and general marketing services for Saddleback students, staff and faculty.

Please submit a Marketing Request Form, choosing "Publicity Request" as you "Request Type," to publicize your message or event throughout our community. NOTE: These publicity avenues are for programs, services, and campus events only.

Important information

Duplicated (shrink-wrap) materials that you want sold at the College Bookstore (syllabi, handouts, etc.) will require a four (4) to six (6) week turnaround time.  Notices are sent from the Copy Center advising the divisions as to the due dates for duplicated (shrink-wrap) materials. Copyright laws must be complied with for all situations. If you have any questions regarding your duplicating needs, contact the Copy Center directly at (949) 582-4513.

Copy machines for faculty use are located in the Copy Center and in most Division Offices. These machines are not designated for any particular division use, but are available to all faculty members. A faculty ID card is needed to make copies in all locations.
