Professional counselors are dedicated to assisting current and prospective students in identifying, clarifying, and reaching their individual life goals. Counselors provide Academic, Transfer, Career, Personal, and Online counseling services. All counseling appointments are confidential.
In addition, as faculty, counselors teach Counseling courses that are designed to help students in achieving success.
Day and Evening Counseling
Day and evening counseling services are available on an appointment and walk-in basis.
Walk In Counseling
Walk In Counseling Available Monday thru Thursdays 8am to 7pm and Fridays from 8am to 12 noon.
No appointment necessary.
Do you have a CP Hold? Students who want a Saddleback College Certificate, Associate Degree, or who want to transfer, are required to complete a My Academic Plan (MAP) and have it approved by a counselor. Please call the Counseling Office at (949) 582-4572 to Make Your Appointment.

How to Make a Counseling Appointment
- In order to make an appointment you must have a college application for the current or upcoming term.
- If required, you must have the Matriculation Process completed.
- Only continuing and matriculated students can use the online system.
- New students with student ID numbers must call or come in person to make an appointment.
Counseling Appointments may be made in person during the hours listed, by using our online appointment system or call (949) 582-4572. Limited appointments are available through the online system.
Missed appointments: Should a student be a "no show" for two appointments in one term, he or she will not be eligible to schedule another counseling appointment for the remainder of the term.
