Laguna Woods Village Student Parking Pass Pick up and Payment Information

The Laguna Woods Village (LWV) Golden Rain Foundation requires non-resident students who bring their cars into the community to pay a parking fee. 

For an 8-week Summer session, the fee is $15 (per vehicle.)
                         For a 16-week Fall or Spring semester, the fee is $30 (per vehicle.)             

Parking Passes for the Summer 19 Session can now be purchased by enrolled students, 
at The Laguna Woods Village Community Center.

Passes for the Fall 19 Semester will not be available for purchase (by enrolled students) until August 12th.

Students must be enrolled in a class before they can purchase a LWV Parking Passes for it. 

Cash and checks are accepted.

Additional Information:
Students who will be passengers in a car or who are walking* into the LWV Community are not required to purchase a pass, but the driver of any car parking in the community must purchase a Parking Pass.

If you will be walking into the LWV Community for an Emeritus Institute class please contact one of our offices at (949) 582-4835 or (949) 770-9669, so that we may arrange for you to have Gate Clearance.

**Fall 2019 Passes WILL NOT be available for purchase UNTIL 8/12/19**
