Information on Work Permits for Students
Congratulations on enrolling in college and looking for work!
The first thing students need to know is...Saddleback College does not issue Work Permits. Work Permits are issued by the school district where you are enrolled in High School.
If you've already graduated or received a certificate from high school and are under the age of 18, you probably will not need a work permit according to the State of California child labor laws - https://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/ChildLaborLawPamphlet.pdf.
