I have been at Saddleback College since early 2006. I am currently an Assistant Professor in Environmental Studies and also a Laboratory Technician supporting the Environmental Studies, Aquarium & Aquaculture Science (closed in 2009), and Marine Science Technology Programs. Recently, the classes I have been teaching are Ecology, Envrionmental Studies Internships, Soil and Water Conservation and Ecological Restoration. Prior to joining Saddleback College, I provided a wide range of enviornmental consulting services from impact analysis to implmentation of hazardous waste clean-up programs and have extensive experience in this industry.
My overall goals are to ensure that students become knowledgeable about ecological issues in Southern California and that the students identify and work towards achieving their goals for their future. It is important to me that the students develop their knowledge and expertise and use it for their success.
