I worked for the City of San Clemente IT department from 1986 until retiring as IT Manager in 2016. I have been a part time IT instructor at Saddleback College since 1989. At Saddleback College my primary focus has been on teaching classes that prepare entry level students for current technology positions in software and application development with an emphasis on mobile and “cloud” technologies. I have also taught numerous computer languages and computer networking classes.
When not on my computer I spend my time with our four generations of family in San Clemente or pursuing various athletic activities including surfing, swimming or cycling. I completed many marathons and two full Ironman races where I qualified for the world championships. My teaching style is aggressive but manageable because all my classes are recorded live and available for replay on our website.
