Lindsay Steinriede joined Saddleback College in 2010. She teaches a variety of fitness classes including, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Cardio Kickboxing, and Surfing. Lindsay is the head coach for the Saddleback Surf team, and is an ASP Women's Longboard World Champion herself.
Prior to working at Saddleback College full -time, Lindsay also worked in the kinesiology department at MiraCosta College and helped develop their certification programs.
Lindsay started her own college career, attending UCSB on a soccer scholarship where she played for 2 years and aided her team in winning the university's first women's soccer Big West League Champions title in 2004. She then transferred to SDSU to focus on her kinesiology degree, professional surfing career, and obtaining multiple certifications to teach fitness classes.
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys surfing, golfing, dancing, and traveling around the world.
